For the advertised rates the kitchen / coolers / equipment will be 50% allocated between the 2, and additional spaces are available for lease as needed. Each operator would be responsible for their own self-cleaning of common areas after use, or have a commercial cleaning fee assessed to do so. Alternatively, the entire kitchen space can be leased alone for double the rates advertised; owner is negotiable dependent on client's needs. The banquet hall and the adjacent office space is available for lease separately if desired - the building itself is approximately 5500 SF in total. Adjacent to the building is an open field / land that is also available to lease separately if you wanted to set up a temporary / pop-up or carryout operation.
