"As a first time small business owner in our second year, the COVID-19 shelter in place really knocked us off our feet, like so many others. Myself and my husband work at our restaurant, covering at least 80 hours a week, so closing temporarily felt like the right thing to do for us given the amount of uncertainties during this period of utter dismay.
